By using the website cazzoclub.com (hereinafter "the Service"), or purchasing any services on the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service „TOS“ set forth here. If you do not agree with or do not wish to be bound by all of the TOS of this Agreement, you must leave the site now and may not use the service. We reserve the right to amend these TOS at any time. Notification of any such changes will be posted on the service or sent via email at our sole discretion. Your use of the service after such changes are implemented constitute your acceptance of the changes.

1. All persons accessing and/or subscribing to this site must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and in a locality that permits the viewing and possession of sexually explicit homosexual material. You desire to view/receive sexually explicit material and you do not consider nude adults engaged or not engaged in sexually explicit behavior with themselves, others or other materials to be obscene nor offensive. You will not allow minors to view the material presented by, or downloaded from the website, and the materials you receive are for your own personal use and no other.

2. You will be charged a subscription fee for the service, payable by credit card. Recurring memberships will automatically renew and be rebilled until cancelled using the CCBill.com Support Page. The recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Non recurring memberships will expire at the end of their term and not automatically renew.

3. Membership allows viewing a collection of movies and photos on the site depending on the status of your membership. All our videos are available as downloads. Cazzoclub.com offers three types of membership: 1) Trial Membership: offers to stream up to 15 movies and view 15 photos galleries on the site. 2) Streaming Membership offers to stream all movies and view all photogalleries on the site, 3) Downlaod Membership offers to stream and to download all movies and to view all photogalleries on the site.

Purchasing a memebership grants you, as an individual, the limited right to view the materials on your own computer for a pre-determined period of time. Our videos do not require you to have a DRM (Digital Rights Management) license to play them. If you purchased a Gold Membership and downloaded them, they are your's forever to enjoy. However, it is illegal to share these videos or photos on the internet or burn them to disc and sell or share them with others. We ask that you respect our legal ownership of these images and videos. Enjoy them but do NOT share them.
You agree that if Revel Media BV determines that your User ID, password, or PIN are being used in multiple computers simultaneously, or if Revel Media BV detects that your account activity includes repeated licensing of the same content from different IP locations, or that you´re involved in illegal actions regarding our materials, you account will be immediately terminated. For this reason, it is important that you select a username and password that are hard to guess and that you do not share your password with anyone else. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited!

Further, your cazzoclub.com account User ID, password and PIN may not be transferred, loaned, given, or sold to another party.  

4. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any component of this website, in whole or in part, is a violation of applicable copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

All materials published or made available from cazzoclub.com are protected by copyright and all other applicable intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights in the Site are owned by or licensed to Revel Media BV, Netherlands. You agree that you will not copy, duplicate, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, exhibit, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer, sale or resale of, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, reverse engineer, decompile or dissemble any materials published or made available from the site or any other Revel Media BV products or services.

5. Revel Media BV, Netherlands makes no warranties as to the information, services or products provided through or in connection with the service or the website. Subscriber´s use of the service or the site is at his/her own risk. Neither Revel Media BV, Netherlands, nor any party involved in creating. producing, or delivering the service or content, is liable for any direct incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or interpretation of the services or information or products provided by or through the website cazzoclub.com. Revel Media BV, Netherlands disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness, accuracy and performance of the site and its services and products. Revel Media BV, Netherlands further disclaims any warranties for viruses or other harmful components in connection with the site or its services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Revel Media BV, Netherlands, its officers, directors, employees and its and their successors and assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site or your violation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

Revel Media BV, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. Revel Media BV shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
